This place has everything you need and there's nothing to complain about. I would totally recommend it. the hotel is in a great spot, right next to 7eleven stores. 🛍️

I had a real good stay. The breakfast was local with many options, with a wide range of outstanding options. The service was good, the staff were excellent. Location: the hotel was right by Cha am beach and there old resort and the far North East of Thailand.

Could bee more of cheese and other cold ham or Salami.

The hotel is located in a great spot in the south, with shopping centers and a market nearby for easy access.

The pool was clean and nice big and the room was bigger than expected.

Wifi was not available everywhere. We always had to sit close to our room door so that at least sometimes we had internet. Unfortunately this did not change after my complaint. The water was a bit sparse in our shower.

The breakfast is local with a wide range of things to eat and drink.

This hotel is pure luxury and perfectly clean. It has free Wi-Fi and a beach restaurant. - Make sure you stay in the deluxe room with a view of the sea. - the staff at the venue is really helpful and attentive.

I liked the location and nice sea view from my room. I also liked the swift action of the staff to up-grade me to another room when the ac in my room failed and could not be repaired. Despite the large number of hotel guests at the hotel, there were ample tables and the food was good. The room was spacious and clean although there were no paintings on the wall....only empty frames!. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No coffe-making facilities in my room. The swimming pool was much smaller than suggested on the website. Not enough underground parking. I had to park in the adjacent lot outside. No safety deposit box in my room. No ac in the lift. Uncomfortable if you stay on the high floors. Only 2 lifts....these are very small. Wifi was not free. Many hotels now include free wifi.

We were provided with a Wheelchair Accessible room which was essential. the room had an A/C and a great view from the balcony. - We appreciated having 2 separate bedrooms. - We enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again.

Beach is close. good buffet breakfast and the price is good value

The staff should be better trained and more polite, I was there with my fiance (a thai lady, she is well educated and working as an architect) and the lift boy was asking her if she was a paid prostitute....just like that) unfortunatelly she told me that when we left the hotel as she knew I would have immediatelly talked to a manager and she did not want to get that man get fired but this is just not acceptable toward any woman!
